Refund Policy

1. Our promise

We want you to feel confident using Permit Junkie. Below is exactly when we refund, so there are no surprises.

2. Permit Credits & Project Credit Bundles

• Unused credits: refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus any credits already spent. Request via billing@permitjunkie.com.
• Spent credits: non-refundable once redeemed for a completed action (e.g., AI report generated, filing submitted).
• Failed actions: automatically refunded to your credit balance via our credit-guard system.

3. Subscriptions

• Monthly plans: cancel any time; no prorated refund for the current period.
• Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if no credits have been consumed; otherwise prorated.

4. Concierge & Filing Services

Refundable in full before work begins. Once a Concierge agent starts research or filing, we refund only the unused portion of the engagement.

5. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Non-refundable once a notary session is opened, since our notary partner incurs costs immediately. If the session fails due to a platform outage on our side, we refund in full.

6. Fax Delivery

Successful transmissions are non-refundable. If Telnyx reports a permanent failure, credits are refunded automatically.

7. Marketplace Transactions

Marketplace services are governed by the accepted provider quote. For an eligible platform-held payment that has not been released, contact support to request a refund review. After customer approval releases provider proceeds, recovery may require additional review. Permit Junkie does not guarantee provider work or represent marketplace payments as legal escrow.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve most issues within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

9. How to request a refund

Email billing@permitjunkie.com with your order ID and reason. We reply within 2 business days.
